人白细胞γ-干扰素诱生条件的探讨

Studies on Inducing Conditions of Human Leukocyte Gamma Interferon

本文报告了人白细胞γ-干扰素的诱生剂和诱生条件,结果表明:白细胞悬浮于ConA, RPMI 1640(或Eagles),维生素C和Hepes溶液中,置于37℃ 72小时后,可得到效价较高和稳定的粗制γ干扰素.

The inducer and inducing conditions of human leukocyte gamma interferon were reported. The results indicated that leukocytes were suspended in solutions of Con A, RPMI 1640 (Eagles), Vitamin C and Hepes, incubated at 37℃ for 72 hours, a crude product of gamma interferon with higher titre and higher stability could be obtained.
