摘要 拐弯斜滑道下料装置可以设置专用驱动装置以改变工件运动方向,从而提高生产效率,但却增加设备初置费用.在无该装置条件下顺利下料并在要求的时间内到达终点,就是本试验的目的.试验探讨了合理控制工件拐弯前的初速,达到要求的下料时间.根据实验数据,利用线性回归法求出了工件在滑道入口的速度系数,并给出了工件初速与下料时间的关系式. For ensuring highly productive efficiency.a special driving equipment can be usually setup to change the direction of workpieces passing through the corners of the slope slide. Deingso,however,increases the beginning device cost. The testing purpose is seeking into unloading workpieses dependably within the fixed time without the driving equipment.The test inquires that the initial speed of workpieces must be controlled before reaching the turningpoint. The initial speed factors of workpieces entering the slope slide entrance are given by utilizing the method of linear regression based on the test data and the relation between theinitial speed and unloading time is obtained,which have high accuracy and can be referred ondesigning this type of slope slide.
