摘要
研究了以廉价材料PVA为主要原料的混合载体法固定污泥处理有机废水的关键性包埋技术条件,解决了妨碍固定化细胞在废水处理领域推广应用所面临的制备成球难、活性丧失大、发胀粘连和上浮等问题,并以1升UASB反应器启动试验证明了污泥经包埋后可防止流失,使厌氧消化器快速启动,提高产气率、甲烷含量,运行过程工艺参数的稳定性。
The key conditions under which cell was immobilized with a mixed carrier process using poyvintl (PVA) as major entrapping material were studied. It was found that the mixed carrier process effectively solved the problems, such as, difficulty in forming spherical particles, ease of the particles to be broken, loss of the activity in producing methane and floatation of the parricles upon producing methane.
