摘要
本文讨论了依多孔载体膜引入阶段的不同而形成的一系列分子筛膜合成方法.除了几种文献中出现的方法外,作者还设计并实验了其它途径,以一种基于溶胶-凝胶技术的合成方法,本文首次报道了MZSM-5及硅沸石型三种分子筛膜的合成.作者提出了一种由于空间障碍因素的影响而造成的分子筛膜晶粒连生现象,并对此加以分析.最后考察了不同的合成条件包括碱度、晶化温度、多孔载体膜的孔径大小及其予处理方法对分子筛膜的影响.
Various methods of zeolite membrane synthesis were discussed and classified by the stage introducing the support membrane. Besides some methods presented in literatures, we designed and practiced several new processes for zeolite membrane symthesis. Three zeolite molecular sieve membranes, i. e., m-type,ZSM-5, and silicalite were first synthesised, based on sol-gel technique. A very important phenomenon of crystal intergrown caused by steric hindrance was pointed out and analysized. The effects of preparation conditions such as alkalinity, crystallizing temperature, pretreated method and pore size of the support membrane, on zeolite membrane were also investigated.
