褐家鼠对三种谷物的无选择摄食试验观察

An Observation of Non-choico Feeding Tests with Rattus Norvegicus on Thre Grains

用玉米、大米、小麦,对北京地区的褐家鼠进行无选择摄食试验。结果表明:三种谷物轮换投饵(一日一换)比单纯用一种好,前者日均摄食量显著高于后者;在轮换投饵时,玉米用湿饵好,大米和小麦则干用湿用无显著差别;在单用一种谷物连续投饵时,玉米仍用湿饵好,大米、小麦干用湿用仍无显著差别,且连续投5天与连续投15天对三种谷物来说,其日均摄食量均无显著差别。

The results of non-choice feeding tests with Norway rats (Rattus norvegicus)captured from Beijing area on three grains, i.e., maize, rice and wheat, shows that the rotatory baiting of the three grains(daily changing the kind of grains)is better than the continuous baiting with only one kind of grain, the mean daily intake by rats in the former case is significantly higher than, in the lattr. When rotatory baiting is carried, out, it is better to use the soaked grain than the dried one for maize but it makes no difference to use soaked or dried grains for rice and wheat, and when continuous baiting carried out there is nosignificant differences in mean daily intakes between 5 days and 15 days running.
