摘要
合成了组成为(Y,Zn,Sr)3(P,VO4)2:Eu3+,Bi3+的荧光材料,经射线结构分析确定为Zn3(PO4)2结构,属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n讨论了基质组成对Eu3+离子发光性质的影响,用Y3+取代了一部分Zn2+,用VO取代了一部分PO.由于基质的436nm发射与Eu3+的激发态能级的能量重叠,Eu3+产生较强的598nm和618nm发射.另外,掺入少量Bi3+能增强Eu3+发射.
The phosphors of (Y, Zn, Sr)3(P, VO4)2:Eu3+, Bi3+ were synthesized by solid state reaction. Their crystal structures determined by X-ray powder diffraction belong to the monoclinic system space group P21/n The influence of components on the emission of Eu3+ ions was discussed. A part of Zn2+ was replaced by Y3+ and a part of PO by VO in Zn3(PO4)2. Because of the energy overlap of 436nm emission and Eu3+ excitation state energy of the host, Eu3+ produces more strong 598 and 618nm emis emissions. Adding small amount of Bi3+ can enhance Eu3+ emission.
