摘要
在有关相关系研究基础上,设计和制备具有不同α-Sialon/β-Sialon比例的单稀土Sm复相Sialon陶瓷材料.研究Y2O3的添加对Sin-Sialon复相陶瓷反应生成过程和致密化性能影响.结果表明:添加剂Y2O3能促进α-Sialon生成及反应过程中间产物(Y,Sm)-黄长石消失,有利于材料的致密化和机械性能提高.
Based on phase relationship studying, Sin-Sialon composites with defferent α-Sialon/β-Sialon ratio were designed and produced. The effect of Y2O3 addition on Sin-Sialon composites reaction process and densification was investigated, Results showed that Y2O3 addition accelerated α-Sialon yield and (Y, Sin) -melilite disappearance, and benefited composite densification process and improved mechanical properties.
