摘要
本文报道了一种制备低硫可膨胀石墨的新方法.即于25℃,在含有少量硫酸(浓度98%)的乙酐溶液中制备低硫可膨胀石墨.其最佳参数是:乙酐与石墨的重量比为1:1;高锰酸钾与石墨的重量比为6%;硫酸和石墨的重量比为13%;反应时间2h;反应温度25℃.所制得的可膨胀石墨含硫量为0.91%;膨胀容积为每克可膨胀石墨240mL,比传统方法制得可膨胀石墨含硫量降低了三倍左右.迄今为止,未见文献做过类似报道.
This paper reported a new method for preparing low sulfur expansible graphite in acetic anhydride solution with a small amount of sulfuric acid (concentration as 98%) at 25℃. Its optimal parameters are as follows: weight ratio of acetic anhydride and graphite, 1:1; weight ratio of potassium permanganate and graphite, 6%; weight ratio of sulfuric acid and graphite, 13%; reation time, 2h; reaction temperature as 25℃. The sulfur content of the expansible graphite prepared by this method is 0.91%. The expandedvolume of the expansible graphite is 240mL/g, its sulfur content is reduced by 2~3 times as compared with one prepared by the traditional method. Thus, the used amount of sulfuric acid of this method is fewer than before. Up to now, we have not seen such a report like that in the scientific and technical documents.
