XPS AND AES STUDIES OF THE GOLDERN AIOLYBDATE CONVERSION FILM ON STAINLESS STEEL

摘要 用阴极电沉积法从钼酸盐溶液中获得了金黄色的不锈钢转化膜,该膜具有良好的热稳定性和耐蚀性.XPS和AES分析表明,膜厚的为663A.膜的表面钼以Mo(Ⅵ)存在,而在膜内则以Mo(Ⅵ)与Mo(Ⅳ)共存.从AES深度剥蚀曲线的组成恒定区求得膜的组成为:O51.6%,Mo28.5%,P13.7%和Fe6.2%.循环伏安的氧化峰也证明膜内存在Mo(Ⅳ). goldern conversion film was formed on stainless sted with cathodic clectrodeposition method form a molybdate soluhon. This film displayed good thermostability and anticorrosive effect. The results of XPS and AES analysis showed that the thickness of film was 663 and Mo existed as Mo(Ⅵ) on the surface of the film. but as Mo(Ⅵ) and Mo(Ⅵ) in the internal layer of the film. The relative atomic percent content(A. C. %)of the film obtained from the elemental composition constant region of the profile curves by AES was O51.6%, Mo28.5%, P13.7% and Fe62% respeetivcly. The eyelevoltammetric oxidahon peak also showed that the Mo(Ⅵ) existed in the internal layer of the film.
