摘要
研究了电工陶瓷材料受三点弯曲负荷时的AE参数和强度。AE计数与弯曲负荷之间存在着指数函数的相互关系;恒定负荷下的AE率可用以监测电工陶瓷中的微裂和裂纹生长、预报验收试验中材料的强度。
AE parameters and strength of the electric ceramic materials under three-point bending load are studied. It is shown that there is exponential function between AE count and bending loadaAcoustic emission rate under constant load can be used to monitor both cracking events and crack growth in electroceramics and to predict strength of the materials during proof tests.
