我国首台层析γ射线机的性能及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 用于大尺寸、高密度物体的层析γ射线机XN-1300以60°以上的宽扇形束、高精度的机械扫描以及17路超高速采传系统为特征。系统的指标用几何卡与密度卡考核,结果证明其空间分辨率为2‰,灰阶数:8bits,并能分辨D=0.1mm的金属丝以及0.03mm×3mm×3mm的裂纹。用111×10^(10)Bq^(60)Co源测量一个断面历时30min。 γ-ray industrial computer tomography (γ-ray ICT) system type XN-1300 has been developed for large specimens of high density materials. The system has a wide fan beam of (?)-ray extendible up to 60 degrees, a high spatial resolution mechanical scanner and 17-channel super-high speed data acquisition system. Geometri-cal card and density card measurements show that its spatial resolution is 2%o and grey scale is 8 bits. It can re-solve fine metal wire ( D = 0 . 1 mm ) and crack of 0 .03 mm X 3 mm X 3 mm . Image can be obtained by 111 X1010Bq 60Co source.
