氯氰菊酯灭蝇试验效果观察

An observation on Efficacy of Cypermethrin in Controlling House-fly

①实验室内点滴法测定氯氰菊酯对家蝇的LD_50,雄雌蝇分别为0.0255和0.0587μg/蝇;顺式氯氰菊酯对家蝇的LD_50,雄雌蝇为0.0019%和0.0109μg/蝇。顺式氯氰菊酯对家蝇的毒效高于氯氰菊酯。②在不同表面上氯氰菊酯对家蝇的LC_50,玻璃表面雄、雌蝇为0.0002和0.0007%,抹灰表面分别为0.0177和0.0523%;玻璃表面的毒效优于抹灰表面。顺式氯氰菊酯对家蝇的LC_50,在玻璃表面,雄雌蝇为0.0032和0.0035%,在抹灰表面,分别为0.0024和0.0010%。③氯氰菊酯对家蝇的持效,在玻璃表面应用0.06%浓度,持效为105天。在抹灰表面应用0.2%浓度,对雌蝇为30天,雄蝇为45天;应用1%浓度,分别为45天和60天。可以看出,在玻璃表面上的药效优于抹灰表面。顺式氯氰菊酯对家蝇的持效,在玻璃表面应用0.05%浓度,对雌蝇为75天,雄蝇为90天;应用0.2%浓度,持效为105天。在抹灰表面应用0.05%浓度,持效为75天;应用0.2%浓度,持效为105天。④两种药物杀灭家蝇幼虫的效果不理想,故不宜作为杀幼虫药剂。⑤10%氯氰菊酯可湿性粉剂现场灭家蝇,按0.02g/m^2剂量滞留喷洒,灭蝇效果达三个月;5%顺式氯氰菊酯可湿性粉剂,按0.01g/m^2剂量滞留喷洒,灭蝇效果达三个月;5%顺式氯氰菊酯可湿性粉剂,按0.01g/m^2剂量滞留喷洒,只观察2个月,灭蝇效果很好。⑥现场灭蝇时,采用挂笼法观察氯氰菊酯对家蝇的KT_50,按0.02g/m^2剂量为7.8886分;顺式氯氰菊酯对家蝇的KT_50,按0.01g/m^2剂量为5.2808分。

Cypermethrin and alphamethrin were used in killing house-fly in the laboratory and the field. The results showed that the LD_(50) dose of cypermethrin topically applied to male was 0.0255μg/fly, female 0.0587μg/fly: LD_(50) dose of alphamethrin in male was 0.0019μg/fly, female 0.0109μg/fly. The toxicity of the cypermethrin was higher than the alphamethrin.The residual effect of cypermethrin on the glass surface at a concentration of 0.06% was 105 days; on the surface of the plaster at a concentration of 0.2% and 1% were 30～45 days and 45～60 days. respectively. The residual effect of alphamethrin on both surfaces(glass and plaster)at a concentration of 0.05% and 0.2% were 75～90 days and 150 days. respectively.It was also found that the residual activity of 10% cypermethrin wettable powder used as a residual spray at a dose of 0.02g/m^2 may be maintained for 3 months: 5% alphamethrin wettable powder at a dose of 0.01g/m^2 also gave better residual effect.We concluded that the cypermethrin and alphamethrin may be the ideal insecticides for controlling house-fly.
