摘要
研究了固定化青霉素酰化酶的部分性质,包括酶的最佳温度、pH,酶的反应动力学常数,酶的稳定性等,探讨了固定化酶反应器中青霉素G的酶解过程,建立了酶解过程的数学模型,并对此过程进行了计算机模拟和预测。
The properties of immobilized penicillin acylase,such as optimal temperature,optimal pH, reaction kinetics and stability of the enzyme were studied.Based on the analyses of PenG hydrolysis in an immobilized enzyme reactor,a mathematical model of PenGhydrolysis was developed.Computer simulation and prediction of the process were carriedout.
