摘要
通过对油菜籽加工过程中各种营养成分与抗营养成分变化的研究,探讨影响菜籽粕饲用质量的主要原因,提出改进现行油菜籽加工工艺以提高菜籽粕饲用质量的方法。
The changes of nutritive and antinutritive compositions in the traditional processing of rapeseed were studied,the main factors influencing the feed quanlity of rapeseedmeal were discussed,a mathod improving the traditional processing of rape:eed and increasing the feed quantity of rapeseed meal was put up in this paper.
