The synthesis method of monoalkyl(ether)citrate disodium salt from lauryl alcohol (stearyl alcohol,lauryl alcoliol polyoxyethy lene ether(EO=2.7),citric acid,xodium hydrate is described.The influential factors such as catalyst,temperature,time,etc. during the process of the esterification,detemines the physical and chemical properties,cites the formula are discussed.
