混凝土结构设计规范ＧＢＪ１０—８９中关于钢筋混凝土小偏心受压构件的配筋计算具有一定的特点，已有相当数量的文章对此做了分析和讨论，本文进行了综合和述评，并提出了若干建议。

There are some distinguishing features for reinforcement calculation of RC (reinforced concrete) compressive member with small eccentricity in the design code of concrete structure GBJ10-89.Till now a number of papers has been published to discuss this problem. In this paper the synthesis andreview are made, and on the basis of analysis some suggestions are put forward.
