On the durability and reliability for nozzle dual-parts of the fuel injector

本文应用实际装机试验和试验室精密测量相结合的方法测得工程机械柴油机喷油器针阀偶件的实际使用寿命，并对影响针阀偶件耐久性和可靠性的各种因素做了分析研究。在此基础上提出了提高国产针阀偶件质量和使用寿命的方法和措施。

Using method of combining installation on the diesel engine with precise measure in the test room,The effective service life of nozzle dual-parts of the fuel injector on the diesel engine for engineering mechanism is measured.A series of factors of affecting durability and reliability for nozzle dual-parts are analysed and studied. On this basis methods and measure of improving the quality and prolonging service life of nozzle dual-parts of mading in our country are proposed.
