Optimum compensation for reactive power in industrial electrical network

无功功率补偿实质上是个经济问题，应以取得最好经济效效益为目的。本文提出了无功功率补偿量以电网年折算费用最小为最佳补偿的观点，并给出了最佳补偿量的计算方法。

Reactive power compensation is in fact an economical problem,and it should serve the purpose of the best economical profit.This paper proposes a view point of regarding the minimum annuel conversion cost of the electrical network as the optimum compensation, and the algorithm is also given out.
