摘要
本文从概念设计的角度．介绍了汉口青年广场３３层综合楼的结构设计，并提出了高层建筑剪力墙连梁刚度折减的结构措施。
From the point of view of concept design,the author introduces the structure design of the tall buildings in Hankou Qingnian Square and proposes the structure measure reducing the connecting beam stiffness of shear wall.The calculating formula,which satisfied the axial compression ratio and slenderness ratio for column has been given in this paper.
