摘要
旧房改造加固其经济效益和社会效益是十分显著的，本文介绍一例采用多种加固改造手段对旧房加固加层的设计实例．
The economic and social benefits of reinforcing and transforming for the old buildings are very remarkable.The author recommends an example in which all sorts of tricks of reinforcing and transforming were resorted to the reinforcing and heightening of the old buildings.
