摘要
我国乡镇企业的飞跃发展，带来了农村产业结构、生产方式以及传统的农村生活方式的巨大变化，走出了一条与资本主义国家所经历的不同的城市化发展道路．文章从分析这一富有中国特色的城市化进程出发，探讨县域和县级市域城镇体系规划应关注的新问题．
With the development of town-based enterprise, the significant changes has been madein industrial structure, traditional living style and mode of production in Chinese rural areas.A different urbanization way comparing with the developed countries has been brought up.By analysising this Chinese characteristic way of urbanization, the new planning issues in urban-town system of county regions have been discussed.
