摘要
本文阐述用模糊模式识别法识别液压系统故障的原理，通过分析具体液压系统正常状态、进气状态和系统中溢流问导阀磨损状态的状态特征，建立了识别这些状态的数学模型以及诊断方法，并通过实验加以验证。
In this paper,fuzzy mode diagnostic method was used to identify the hydraulic system failure modes. The system characteristic in three working mode:normal,air entrainment in system and wear-out pilot valve in the relief valve were discussed. The mathematical models to identify the hydraulic system failure modes were given. Test research shows acceptable results for failure diagnostic of hydraulic systems.
