摘要
本文提出了一种完全不同于现成方法的、以两个抽样分布为基础的估计仅参数威布尔分布的形状参数和尺度参数的置信限的方法。该法是直接用样本观察值进行估计。虽然由于采用了一阶近似对其中一个抽样分布作了简化处理,从而使估计结果偏于保守,但算例表明,估计结果有足够的精度且优于某些现有的方法。并且该法简便,尤其适于工程应用。
An approach to the estimation of confidence bounds of the shape and scale parameters of the two-parameter Weibull distribution is presented,which is completely different form existing approaches and.based on two sampling distributions. By this approach,the sample observations can be directly used to estimate confidence bounds of the parameters.Although the estimated results tend to be conservative due to simplifying one of tile sampling distributions by one-order approximation, the numerical examples show that the estimated results are accurate enough and better than some existing approaches. Specially this approach is easy to use and suitable for engineering applications.
