摘要
以键图-状态空间方法为基础,对M-1040机床的加自调背压的进口节流调速系统进行仿真,在数学模型中忽略了一些次要因素,但保留了主要的非线性因素。因此,数学模型能较准确地反映系统的动态特性,仿真结果与实验结果基本符合。
The bond graph is a powerful tool of system simulation, it provides a simple and convenient method for establishing a mathematical model of a dynamic system. In this paper the speed controlled system of inlet flow regulation and automatic regulated backpressure is simulated on the basis of bond graph-state space equation method. In the establishment of the mathematical model, some factors which have little effect on the system, have been omitted, but the main nonlinear factors in the state equation are included. As a result the mathematical model can reflect the dynamic character of the system effectively. The simulation results for this system have been compared with the results of experiment, showing a good agreement.
