摘要
本文详尽地分析了企业质量体系的整体性、层次性、目的性、动态性和与环境的适应性等系统的特征，并对贯彻ＩＳＯ９０００系列标准，建立和健全企业质量体系的重要作用进行了详细地分析。
This paper analysis exhaustively the feature of enterprise quality system.Such as entirness,tier feature, purposefulness, developments,adaplablity to the environment.and etc.And it is also analysis the important effect of carrying on the series of International Standards of ISO 9000,and founding, improving the enterprise quality system.
