金属表面等离子喷涂陶瓷材料提高耐磨性的研究 被引量:3

Study on Metal Surface Plasma Spray Coating Ceramic Material to Improve Wear-resistant Property

摘要 利用等离子喷涂技术将Al2O3和CO/WC陶瓷材料喷涂在金属表面,对陶瓷喷涂层与金属基体的结合强度和在滑动磨损条件下的耐磨性进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,Al2O3涂层的磨损率是金属基体的1/2;CO/WC涂层的磨损率基金属基体的1/1O.结合扫描电镜观察,探讨了涂层材料的微观磨损机理,认为陶瓷涂层材料的磨损机理不同于金属材料的微切削、犁沟磨损机理,其磨损主要是大界的断裂和晶粒的局部脆性断裂及剥落.因此,为提高陶瓷涂层的耐磨性,应首先着重于提高陶瓷材料的强度. By using plasma spray coating technique, A12O3 and Co/WC ceramic material was coated on the surface of metal. The authers have carried on experimental study about bond strength between ceramic coating and metal matrix,and their wear-resistant property under sliding wear. The results of tests showed that wear-resistant property of Al2O3 ceramic coating advanced twice comparing to metel matrix;Co/WC ceramic coating advanced ten times comparing to matel matrix. Assiaciating with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observing,the authors explored micro-wear mechanism of coating material and deduced that wear machanism of ceramic coating material was different from micro-cut or furrow wear mechanism of material,the main factors causing the wear is breaking of grain interface and grain local fragility breaking and spalling. So,in order to improve wear-resistant property of ceramic coating,strength of ceramic material should increase in first.
