The element contents of Dy,Tb & Fe system are determined by X-ray fluorescence spectra with the polyester film filterpaper,which solves the problem that the standard samples don't match determining samples. In addition it is with this method that the standard sample amount can be saved. The method is simple and easy. It also has less interference at spectra,quicker analysing speed and better accuracy than other method. It is a good method to determine the rare earth elements.
