摘要
从立窑煅烧特点出发,运用数学手段建立了立窑煅烧数学模型.并利用该模型深入探讨了矿化剂作用机理.窑内煅烧温度和生料成分波动的危害以及生料最佳配比选择等问题.所得结论具有一定的理论和实用价值.
The mathematical mode of shaft-kiln sinter was given accofeing to it’s sinter property.By means of the mode,the mechanism of mineralization,the optimum sinter temperature and raw-meal ingredient,the harm of the component fluctuation of the raw-meal and so on were further studied. The results is of greater value to a certain extent in the therory and application.
