摘要
以天然富镁蒙脱石为原料,以碳酸镁和氢氧化铝为助剂合成了堇青石-莫来石复合材料,其主要物相有堇青石和莫来石,次要物相为刚玉、方石英和镁铝尖晶石等矿物.材料试块具霏细结构,由球粒和胶结物构成,它们反映了两种不同的形成机理.材料的气孔率随温度的升高而下降,随保温时间的延长而趋于达到一个最小值,热膨胀系数和耐火度则随堇青石含量的增加而下降。
The cordierite-mullite composite were prepared by the starting materials of natureal montmorillonite and chemical pure aids,MgCO3 and Al(OH)3. This composite has the felsitic texture and is composed of the spherulite and cementing material. They represent two types of formation mechanics respectively. The porosity of the composite decreases with the increase of temperature and tends towards a constant as the increase of soak time. The linear thermal expanding coeffient and re factory tempreture decrease with the increase of the cotent of cordierite in the composite.
