溶胶-凝胶法合成YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)/Ag_x的复合超导体研究

Studies on Peparation and Properties of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)/Ag_x Composite Superconductors Prepared by Sol-Gel Method

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制得了YBa2CuaO7-δ超细粉和Ag2O细粉,用特定的烧结方法制各得了YBa2Cu3O7-δ/Agx(x=0~90%Vol)系列超导块体。研究了含Ag量不同时的YBa2Cu3O7-δ相材料的烧结特性和渗流行为特征,以及对YB2Cu3O7-δ/Agx体系的密度、Tc、Jc产生的影响. A series of YBa2Cu3O7-8/Agx(x=0~90%Vol)composite superconductors were prepared by sintering method using YBa2Cu3O7-δ ultrafine powders prepared via Sol-Gel processing and Ag2O fine powders prepared by precipitation.The effect of Ag on Tc of YBa2Cu3O7-δ/Agx samples was not evident, but on Jc and density were obvious,Ag could increase Jc and density in a rang. The normal-state(i.e.nonsuperconducting states of samples at room temperature) resistivity showed a percolation threshold at a Ag volume content of 20%~30%,wherase the superconducting network showed a threshold at a VAg of 70%~80%.
