摘要
研究了用发泡法制备生物降解磷酸三钙(TCP)陶瓷的工艺,并讨论了这种材料的结构及性能.有关性能测试表明:材料表面及内部均匀分布着100~800μm的气孔,气孔率为45~50%,抗压强度为15MPa,材料在模拟体液中有一定的溶解性。SEM,XRD及IR光谱测试结果表明:材料内部有很多连通孔隙,颗粒间的连结为颈部连结;材料的主晶相是β-Ca3(PO4)2(β-TCP),此外还存在部分非晶相。动物实验结果表明:材料植入体内,经过一段时间发生一定量的降解.
The paper studies the process of preparing biodegradable TCP-ceramics by foaming,and discusses its structure and properties. Relevant performance tests show that the pores are well-distributed in the surface and insides,its porosity is 45 ̄ 50%, its compressive strength is 15MPa,and the material has a certain dissolubility in simulated body fluid (SBF). The results of SEM、XRD and IR spectrum show that there are many connected pores insides,the particles are neck-connected,and the main crystalline phase is β-TCP,with a little noncrystalline phase. The results of animal tests in vivo prove that after implantation the material degrades to a certain extent.
