摘要
考虑非晶态金属中的电声子相互作用和离子实的隧道效应,给出了无序程度小于某个临界值的三维非晶态金属的电阻率与温度关系[1]的实验结果的理论计算和解释.
Electron-phonon interaction and channelling effect of ionic in amorphous metals are taken into account in this chapter. The relations of three-dimension amorphous metals' resistivity to temperature are calculated and explained in theory,this metals' disorder degree is smaller than acritical value. This result has been measured in experiment.
