摘要
简述了一种基于标号思想进行字符分割的算法，包括它的基本原理和以Ｃ语言为例进行算法实施的要点．由于本算法具有坚实的数学基础，因此算法具有很好的鲁棒性。此算法使用在作者开发的一套手写数字识别软件（ＯＣＲ）中效果很好。文章最后说明此算法的适用范围。
In this paper,a segmentation algorithm for character based on lable idea is presented. It's principle and realization in C Language is introduced. Because of the solid mathe matical foundation,it has better robustness. Used in a hand-written number relognition software developoed by author,it achieves good results.The suitable area are given at last.
