机立窑预烘干快速升温明火锻烧操作方法的探讨

The Discussion of Operation Mathod on the Shaft Kiln Predrying Rapid Firing-up Visible Flame Burning

讨论了立窑的两种操作方法—明大煅烧法和采用窑外预烘干快速升温的明火煅烧法。对两种方法在传热、传质、燃料燃烧、熟料烧成动力学、操作和管理等方面进行了对比。以两种模拟煅烧方法得到的熟料进行了强度测量、Ｘ先衍射分析和电镜观察，分析上述测试结果可以得出以下结论：在机立窑上增设一台预烘干设备后，采用快速升温明火操作改进立窑的熟料质量，提高熟料产量和降低水泥的综合热耗等方面比采用暗火煅烧方法更具有优越性。

This paper discusses two type operations for cement shaft kiln,which are invisible flame operation and predrying rpid fiving up visible flame operation. The two types of operation are compared inheat transfer, mass transfter , full combustion, clinkering dynamics operation management and so on. The clinker with both modeled operationis taken with streangth measuremant,XRD (x-ray diffraction analysis) and election-microscopic observation etc. By analysing on the above determinnation. We get the conclusion that after adding a predrier for a shaft kiln rapid firing-up visible flame opoerationis better than invisible flame operation in improving quality of shaft clinker,increasng output of shaft kiln and decreasing comprehensive cement energy consumption.
