摘要
介绍海上安全信息的发展及播发该信息的两个专用系统，并就安全网的控制管理，如何进入安全网业务和接收安全网业务广播进行了说明，提出了海上安全信息播发框图．
This paper introduces both the development of Maritime Safety Information(MSI)andtwo special systems for information promulgation,and discusses the operation of the international safetynet service;the access of the safetynet service and the receipt of safety broadcast.The authors put forward a diagram for the promulgation of MSI.
