一个基于微机网络的港口MIS总体设计

Harbour MIS General Design Based on Microcomputer Network

针对港口管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）中关于总体设计这一方面的内容进行讨论，并根据多年的系统开发经验，结合我国国情提出一个比较适合港口ＭＩＳ开发的一种方法，即：“十字开发模型”．同时就其ＭＩＳ中的软、硬件总体设计的方法和步骤加以描述，并给出一个基于微机网络的ＭＩＳ模式．

This paper discusses the general design of the harbour management information system(MIS),and in accordance with experience of the authors in system development and the NA tional conditions of China, brings forth a strategy suitable for harbonr MIS development.This paper also describes the methods and steps for the general design of software and hard ware in MIS,and gives a management information system model based on the microcomputer network.
