摘要
在强噪声背景下诊断齿轮故障一直是一个难题．分析了齿轮振动信号调制的原因，提出利用数字滤波技术提取齿轮微弱故障信息的新方法，经实测数据检验证明是一个较为有效的诊断方法．
It is a difficult problem to diagnosis gear faults under the strong background noise. Thepaper analyses the reasons of gear vibration signal modulation and put forward a new methodof sampling faint failure information in gear by the digital filter.It is verified to be effectiveby the data of vibration test.
