摘要
研究了药皮组成中脱氧剂含量对堆焊焊条气孔的影响原因,讨论了焊缝中扩散氢含量与气孔间的关系.研究表明:在同样条件下,随着脱氧剂含量的增加,酸性焊条气孔敏感性增大;CO对气孔的形成起着重要的作用.
The paper deals with the influence of deoxidize content in covering on gas hole of surface welding and discusses the relationship between the gas hole and diffusion hydrogen. It shows that the gas hole sensitivity increases with the content increase of deoxidize in acidity electrode and CO plays the important role for the forming of gas hole.
