摘要
介绍以廉价硼源——硼砂为供硼源的固体渗硼剂的研究,实验设计采用混料设计,应用计算机程序处理实验数据,建立了硼化物层厚与渗剂各组分含量的回归方程,经混合罚函数的最优化处理,获得渗硼剂的最优组合.用此渗剂对45钢进行950℃×5h渗硼处理,可获得205μm的D型双相渗硼层.
A mixture design is presented when studying the composition of borax boriding agent. On the basis of the analysis of experimental data,a regressive equation about the thickness of boriding layer and the composition quantities of the agent is obtained. the optimum composition is achieved. Using this agent,a double-phase boriding layer of 205 μm can be formed on the surface of steel 45 at 950℃ for 5 hours.
