摘要
介绍了为国内设计研制的首台塔式吊车主卷扬的可控硅直流可逆调速系统.该系统采用了错位无环流系统.避免了静态环流的发生.从而省去了4个体积较大的限流电抗器.系统采用了速度、电流以及电压反馈的三闭环自动控制系统.也同时避免了动态环流的产生,且系统具有十分完善的保护与故障信号系统.
This paper introduces the first set of . thyristor DC reversible speed-adjustable system of a column crane for hoisting in our country. The system employs a staggered non-loopcircuit to avoid the occurrence of static loop current. So it can ommit four large current limiting reactors. On the other hand, the system uses an automatic controlling unit with threeclosed loops for the feedback of speed, current and voltage, so it can avoid the occurrence ofdynamic loop current. In addition, the system has a perfect protection and error signal unit.
