A Distributed Microcomputer On-line Monitoring System with the Function of Energy Loss Analysis

介绍为１２５ＭＷ汽轮发电机组研制的具有能损分析功能的分布式微机在线监视系统．该系统除具备ＤＡＳ系统的功能外，还能分析机组的主要运行参数偏离额定值后对煤耗率及煤耗量的影响，指导运行人员及时调整运行，从而大大减少发电过程中的能量损耗，达到节能的目的．着重介绍该系统的硬件配置，能损分析方法及应用软件功能．

A distributed microcomputer on-line monitoring system. with the function of energy loss analysis (ELA) is introduced for the 125 MW superhighpressure reheat steam turbine generator unit. Besides, being possessed of the functions of a Data Acquisition System (DAS),this system can also analyse the influence of the main operating parameters after deviated from the normal value on coal consumption. With the results of analysis, the unit operation can be adjusted in time in order to reduce the energy loss in generating process. The hardware configuration, basic methods of ELA and functions of the applied software are emphatically instroduced in detail.
