提出了一种具有全新的比例、非线性积分、非线性微分调节器（简称ＰＮＬＩＮＬＤ调节器），与传统的ＰＩＤ调节器相比，它完全消除广线性积分器和微分器的所有致命缺点而又完全保留了它们的全部优点，参数整定十分容易，其参数的大幅度变化不会给系统带来多大的不利影响，具有极强的鲁棒性．

A new proportional nonlinear integral & nonlinear differential regulator is introduced.Compared with tradiontion PID regulators, this new type regulator overcomes all fatal disadvantages of linear integrators and differentiators and retains their advantages. Its parametization is very easy and the big changes of para-meters will not make the syStem worse. So it is highly robust and no doubt that the new regulator proposed in this paper will revolutionize traditional linear PID regulators.
