基于精确曲面裁剪模型的刀位算法研究 被引量:1

On Tool Path Generation Based on Accurate Trimmed -Surface Model

摘要 在精确曲面模型对零件表面的表示是准确的这一理论基础上完成了刀位的准确计算,改变了过去刀位数据的生成是在近似模型的基础上完成的状态研究并重新构造了精确曲面裁剪模型的数据结构、裁剪原理.提出了基于参数域的刀位规划和基于实空间的刀位规划概念.并构造了一个基于精确曲面裁剪模型的刀位生成方法库. A group of methods for accurately generating tool paths based on Accurate TrimmedSurface Model(ATSM) are introduced.A kind of data structure of ATSM is constructed in order to generate tool paths based on new concepts instead of those based on discrete surface models.Applying the method of trimming surface to tool path generation,two systems for tool path generation and plan are proposed.One is based on parametric space and the other is based on three-dimensional space.A method base for generating tool paths based on ATSM is brought forward.
