摘要 黄河下游平原风沙区,风蚀、水蚀交加,水土流失严重,成了当地农业生产发展的主要限制因子。山东省鄄城县什集乡试验区,针对这里的自然地理特点,从水土保持入手,实行综合治理,经过平整土地,翻土压沙,开挖排灌渠系,营造防护林网,建设稳产高产基本农田等一系列措施,充分合理地利用了水土资源,走出了一条脱贫致富的新路子,成效突出,为同类地区的治理、致富作出了示范。 The plain regions of sand deposition, formed by flooding of the Yellow River after dike breaks, are subject to severe wind and water erosion. The experiment made in the field of Shiji Village , Juancheng. County, Shandong Province, provides a good way to rationally utilize soil and water resources . In accordance with natural geographic characteristics here and with emphasis on soil and water conservation, a series of useful measures such as comprehensive soil conservation, leveling fields, deep ploughing to cover the top sand, digging irrigation and drainage channels, planting windbreak, establishing basic farmland of high stable output are taken up. This experiment is also a way of getting rid of poverty and running after prosperity , it provides a model for similar regions.
