摘要
由于大功率烟气轮机使用在较恶劣条件的氧化、腐蚀和冲蚀等工况条件,须对其叶片采用涂层防护。本文对新研制的长城3号(简称C—3),防护涂层材料的高温氧化性能进行了研究、采用等离子喷涂工艺,基底材料为GH864高温合金。结果表明,C—3涂层在700至800℃抗高温氧化性能优良。本文还提出了涂层的氧化模型。
Because high power turbine blades are operated in a very bad condition,the are usually degraded by oxidation,corrosion,erosion and disposition. Therefore, the protective coating is necessary for turbine blades.In this paper ,a new protective coating alloy - the Great Wall No. 3(named as C - 3) was studied. This alloy was coated on the blade material - GH864 superalloy by atmosphere - plasma -spray method. The oxidation experiment at 700~800℃ shows that, C - 3 coating has good oxidation resistance. Amodel for the oxidation process of C - 3 coating is advanced, furthermore,the oxidating mechanism has been explained-
