电沉积Ni-7.6wt%Fe-13.7wt%P非晶态合金的热稳定性

摘要 热稳定性是非晶态合金应用中重要的性能之一。本文利用示差扫描量热法测定了Ni—7.6wt%Fe—13.7wt%P非晶态合金的DSC曲线。该合金在连续加热过程中发生了六次放热转变,峰值分别为248,303,322,350,376,442℃。322℃峰在快速加热中消失,其它五次放热转变的激活能分别为131.5,111.6,237.8,253.6,238.5kJ/mol。研究结果表明,Fe—Ni—P非晶态合金的热稳定性优于非晶态Ni—P合金。 The heat stability of amorphous alloys is one of important performances. The DSC curves of amorphous Ni-7. 6wt %Fe - 13. 7wt %P alloy were determined at various heating rates and the activation energy for crystallization was calculated by Kissinger's method. There exised six exothermal reactions at 248,303,322,350, 376 and 442℃ in continuous heating of the alloy ,The activation energy was 131. 5,111. 6,237. 8,253. 6 and 238. 5kJ/mol respectively except the reaction at the peak 322℃ which disappeared in rapid heating. The results showed that the heat stability of amorphous Fe-Ni-P alloy was superior to that of amorphous Ni-P alloy.
