淬火条件对LD7铝合金力学性能的影响

Influence of Quenching Condition on Mechanical Properties of LD7 Aluminum Alloy

本文研究了LD7合金在不同淬火加热温度、不同保温时间和不同淬火水温下的力学性能及组织变化规律。结果表明,淬火加热温度对合金的力学性能影响十分显著,淬火保温时间和淬火水温对合金的力学性能也有影响。该结果对制定LD7合金的热处理工艺具有实际应用价值。

Mechanical properties and microstructures of a LD7 alloy in different heating temperature ,holding time at temperature and temperature of water coolant were studied in this paper. The results show that beating temperature has dominant effect on mechanical properties of the alloy. Holding time at temperature and temperature of water coolant also affect the mechanical properties of the alloy. The results have applied value to work out the process of heat treatment for the LD7 alloy.
