摘要
12Cr1MoV钢的硬度随温度、保载时间变化规律进行了研究。根据高温硬度随保载时间延长而变小这一事实,提出了“保载软化率”的概念。挤压形变区域的扫描电镜观察表明:随着温度的提高和保载时间延长,形变区宽度变小。用数理统计方法对保载软化率、温度、保载时间进行分析,计算出12Cr1MoV钢在一定温度范围内的挤压应变激活能。初步探讨了12Cr1MoV钢挤压形变机制。
The change of brinell hardness of 12CrlMoV steel with temperature and holding time at sustained load was studied. The concept of 'softening rate at sustained load' was suggested in accordance with the fact that the the hardness at high temperature decreases with the increase in holding time. TEM observation shows that the width of deformation region becomes narrow with increasing temperature and holding time. The relationship between softening rate and temperature and holding time at sustained load was analysed with the mathematical statistics. The activation energy was calculated for extruded 12CrlMoV steel at a certain temperature range, and the mechanism of extrusion deformation of 12CrlMoV steel was discussed.
