摘要
本文通过研究硅对高炉冷却壁用铸态球铁的力学性能和导热性能的影响,确定了终硅含量的最佳范围;讨论了硅对孕育效果及碎块状石墨形成的影响。生产实践表明,采用本研究设计的低硅随流孕育方案,成功地生产出了铸态厚壁高韧性球铁冷却壁。
This paper has studied the influence of Si on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of as -cast ductile iron used for the cooling wall of blast furnace, then determined the optimum range of Si content, and discussed the influence of Si on both of the powerful effect of late metal stream inoculation and formation of chunky graphite, production practice showed that the cooling walls can be manufactured successfully by using the plan of late metal stream inoculation with low Si content.
