CdTe(111)表面电子结构

SURFACE ELECTRONIC STRUCTURE OF CdTe (111)

利用Muffin-Tin轨道线性组合法(LMTO),采用Slab模型,计算了CdTe(111)表面的电子结构,给出总体、局域及分波态密度,该结果与同步辐射光电子谱实验结果符合.

By using the linear muffin-tin orbital method with Slab model, we calculated the surface electronic structure of CdTe(111), and presented the total, local and partial densities of states (DOS), which are in good agreement with the experimental results obtained by photoemission measurement using synchrotron radiation light.
